Refund Policy

Effective Date: December 20, 2026

At Praisejamzblog / MaverickSwift Tech, we are committed to delivering high-quality media, creative, and digital services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments are made and when refunds may or may not apply.

1. Deposits and Payments

All payments made as deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Work is considered to have started once planning, design, production, or any form of service execution begins. Clients are required to make full or agreed milestone payments as stated in their project agreement.

2. No Refund After Delivery or Progress

No refunds will be issued once a project has been fully delivered or partially completed, including drafts, designs, audio, video, or digital outputs. Clients are encouraged to review progress at each stage and request revisions within the agreed scope.

3. Platforms or Third-party Rejection

We are not responsible for rejections, restrictions, or issues arising from third-party platforms (e.g., social media platforms, streaming services, advertising platforms, or distribution channels). Any rejection caused by client-provided content, instructions, or approved designs does not qualify for a refund.

4. Scope of Work Compliance

Refunds will only be considered in the rare case where the service provider fails to deliver the agreed scope of work as outlined in the initial agreement. If a project is not delivered due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a fair resolution or partial refund may be discussed.

5. Revisions and Adjustments

Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed project scope. Additional changes outside the agreed scope may attract extra charges and do not qualify for refunds.

6. Revisions and Adjustments

By engaging our services, clients agree to this Refund Policy as part of the working agreement. We encourage all clients to review project details carefully before approval and payment. For any questions regarding this policy, please contact us through our official communication channels.
