Pop Star Singer Justin Bieber Says Instagram Is Hell, "For the Devil" || Watch Video

The 22-year-old Canadian pop star who quit Instagram last August made some negative comments about the social media service when performing on his "Purpose World Tour" in London on Tuesday.

"Who thinks I should get my Instagram back?" he asked the audience at the O2 Arena in London, England. "Nah, I don't want to get my Instagram back. Instagram is for the devil."

Bieber took things a step further by likening Instagram to Hell.

"I'm sure I think Hell is Instagram. I'm 90 percent sure," the singer said at the concert. "We get sent to Hell, we get like locked in the Instagram server. Stuck in the DM's trying to find my way out."

While Bieber ended the conversation by saying, "I don't know what I'm talking about," he had made the decision to stop using Instagram earlier this year amid frustrations concerning negative comments on images of his alleged love interest, Sofia Richie.

"I'm gonna make my Instagram private if you guys don't stop the hate," Bieber previously wrote on Instagram before he stopped using it last August. "This is getting out of hand, if you guys are really fans you wouldn't be so mean to people that I like."

When the entertainer was on Instagram, he often used it as a platform to encourage people with Christian-themed messages.

"Even when [you're] planning the worst for yourself God is planning His best for you," Bieber posted in a previous message on Instagram.

The "Purpose" singer who ended his world tour earlier this week said in an interview with the Mirror that he doesn't want fans to view him as a role model.

"I would really suggest to people, 'Don't put your faith in me.' Because I'm gonna disappoint you every time," Bieber told the Mirror earlier this year. "Yeah. It's scary. But I want them to know that I'm not going to be able to solve their problems. ... I'm not that higher power."

Bieber added that he depends on God to help him become a better person.

"I feel like that's why I have a relationship with Him, because I need it. I suck by myself," he said in an interview with GQ magazine back in February. "If I was doing this on my own, I would constantly be doing things that are, I mean, I still am doing things that are stupid, but. ... It just gives me some sort of hope and something to grasp onto. ... A feeling of security, and a feeling of being wanted, and a feeling of being desired, and I feel like we can only get so much of that from a human."
